Graham Potter Team News on Chelsea FC To Face Brighton & Hove Albion Tomorrow.
▪️Graham Potter on team news:
"Pretty much the same as we were vs Salzburg. Mateo had issues with calf, but it was just fatigue. Game comes too soon for Koulibaly, but he's OK."
▪️Graham Potter on leaving Brighton:
"Timing wasn't great for anybody, but sometimes that happens. Then it's a decision, and a decision to work here was too hard to turn down. What the crowd... I don't have any. Most I've spoke to from Brighton have been supported and thankful."
▪️Graham Potter on facing Brighton:
"They've been unlucky, performances have been good. They haven't had too much luck from what I've seen. I know the qualities of the team."
▪️Graham Potter on knowing Brighton:
"It helps a little bit. Roberto has been there a few weeks now, you can see the differences. Whilst I know the players well, it's a new manager and new ideas."
▪️Graham Potter on Brighton:
"Great bunch of lads, top staff, I enjoyed my time there. It's going to be very difficult tomorrow."
▪️Graham Potter on who has most pressure to win:
"We all want to win the game. We play to win. The difference is luck. We've won our games, picked up points with some luck. Brighton haven't had much luck. I want to win, it's going to be a good game."
▪️Potter on being undefeated as Chelsea manager and Brighton having not won since he left: "The difference is luck, we've picked up the points and had luck. You have to say that, Brighton haven't had luck."
▪️Potter on possible reaction from Brighton fans: "As for the crowd expectations, I don't have any. Most people I spoke to have been positive but I'm not naive, I know it isn't universal."
▪️Graham Potter on always remaining calm:
"I'm not always. I've had my moments. I always say, you have to be yourself, however you want to conduct yourself... you have to be authentic to you, helpful for you or team."
